A container is your own dedicated space on a sea voyage. You buy it, fill it at your pace, and we ship it when it is ready. Here is the lifecycle.
Choose the container type that fits what you are sending — the app shows the available types and prices for your sea warehouse. Once you pay, our warehouse team prepares your container and marks it ready to receive items. You can see it on your container screen from day one.
Send your packages to the sea warehouse and declare each one in the app by adding its tracking number to the container. As packages arrive and are matched, you will see them appear on the container's manifest with photos taken at intake.
Two things keep filling smooth:
Your container has a fill window — the period it stays open for new items. The app shows how long you have. When the window ends, the container locks automatically. If you finish early, you can request to ship now and we lock it right away.
Once sealed, the next thing you will see is Preparing to Sail — your container has been loaded for its voyage.
Occasionally an item is too large for the remaining space or the container itself. When that happens the app flags it and gives you clear options — nothing ships or gets left behind without your say. See "When an item doesn't fit: your options".
