Tracking your sea shipment and delivery in Ghana

1 min read Updated July 19, 2026 Solomon Opoku

From the moment you buy a container or clear a large item, the app tells you exactly where things stand. Here is how to read it.

Container statuses, in order

  • Filling — your container is open and receiving your packages.
  • Locked — the fill window has ended (or you asked to ship now). No more items can go in.
  • Sealed — closed up at the warehouse, waiting for its voyage.
  • Preparing to Sail — loaded for a voyage that is about to depart.
  • Sailing — on the water, headed to Ghana.
  • Arrived — the vessel has docked.

Your container screen also shows a progress timeline of these stages and the estimated arrival.

While it sails

Once your shipment is sailing, the app receives updates directly from the shipping line — departures, transshipments, and arrival movements — under carrier updates on your container. If the voyage is delayed, the status will say so and the arrival estimate is revised. You do not need to chase anything; the updates come to you.

After arrival

When the vessel docks, your items go through arrival processing and we schedule the final leg to you.

  • You will see the delivery on your deliveries screen in the app, along with a delivery code.
  • Keep that code handy — it is how you (or whoever receives for you) confirm the handover.
  • You will be notified when the delivery is scheduled and when it is on the way.

If you have questions mid-voyage

Everything above updates in the app first, so the container screen is the quickest answer. If something looks off, contact support from the app — the team sees the same tracking you do and can dig deeper with the shipping line.
